APPLICATION
CX-FLS-LY series tuning fork level controller is applicable for fixed point alarm or control in all kinds
of storage level and liquid level in tank. Solid material: rice, milk powder, sugar, salt, washing powder,
dyestuff, cement, rock powder, plastic grain etc. liquid media: water, mud fluid, pulp, dyestuff, oil, milk,
alcohol, beverage etc. and it can detect sediment in liquid! The instrument has not a movable part and
presents merits of anti-corrosion, high sensitivity and easy mounting etc.

OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLE
It is a field mounting instrument consisted by tuning fork and electronic box. Communication emitting part:
to fix 2 groups of piezocrystal at tip end of tuning fork, one group is a drive element to drive tuning fork
producing vibration, another group is a detecting element to change fork vibration into voltage. While both
of them are connected with input and output of amplifier in electric box separately, it forms a mechanical
—electronic oscillating electric.
When tuning fork is barred , amplitude of vibrator will be getting small, relay is coupling , then terminal will
be transfer a switch signal and 0mA current(current output is less than 1mA and more than 0mA).
When tuning fork is non barred , amplitude of vibrator is getting strong, relay is releasing, then terminal will
be transfer a switch signal and 10mA current(current output is more than 10mA and less than 11mA).
